General Topic- Ana´s bday project

when registering can you please use your id from ana's forum until we get to know who is here and who isnt. then you can change your name to whatever you like there are still a couple who havent identified themselves and we need to know thanks

i have a little question by the way:

What is the "demand" to help at Ana's Birthday present?

So i mean, last year i don't become a invitation but this year (and that's great THX!!!! )

Must someone have a quorum at posts or how is the selection procedure

@ fuzzi very fair question. last year since i was the only one who sent out the invites i used a criteria of active members with 100 or more posts. even limiting it to that was very time consuming. there were also some complaints that some newer members werent asked as we started in july last year this year we all recieved a list and the invites were sent much more efficiently

I think that we should have a date line for every activity: give ideas, select the idea (vote or something), make the gift, etc...

yep i totally agree. thats the only way things will get done in time. people are still trickling in, so we will wait a few more days, then establish deadlines

@ greg - I don't know about the other mods but I sent quite a few PMs/ a couple emails about the project last year too

& Fuzzi we tried to get as many people involved as possible, from seeing who were active on the forum. Sorry we missed you

as was stated in the other thread the deadline for submitting ideas is aug 22 then we will have a vote and decide which idea/ideas are best and proceed without deadlines there is no way we will get everything done in time

hasnt been determined yet after submission for ideas deadline has past. a mail will be sent out to all who have registered in here asking them to vote. figured since its over a weekend people might be busy etc so i guess the deadline will be either tues or wednesday the 25-26

There are many options to vote?

I have a question for administration. I was wondering how long this web-site for Ana' b-day is going to stay in operation. Till end of November, to end of 2009 or indefinite. Thanks.
