Which pic(s) on the towel? Voting-Deadline 9th October 2009

Ok guys
I finally said that I will do it!
So what kind of pic or pics should be on the towel?

Please vote for:
1) Ana with the RG Trophy
2) many Pics of Ana
3) Fan pics
4) any other pic of Ana (suggestions please)

My favorite is the RG Trophy pic.

The towel will cost appr. 15 Euros and it´s 50x100 cm.
If I should take a bigger one just tell me...

OK, I am behind here so I have no clue what is going on. But I do like Ana with her RG trophy pic. Even better would be a collage of Ana pics.

i like the RG trophy pics..but i have a question.will it be just pic of hers or on the sides pic of us too??:D:D .anyway i wote for rg trophy pic

I don't know if Ana would like it when we give her towel where she is with her biggest success until now....okay very nice remember at a good time. but do you think Ana would use it?????
But when we really make the towel i say that a pic with her and the RG trophy are the best yeah...

And what is now with a poster where a lot from us are pictured? So i think at a Mosaic poster? And then many congratulations to her birthday in our languages maybe...can you imagine what i mean? We have so much great Members who makes always great wallpapers...so i think it's not a problem to do and i would it finance

The worst pic is Ana with the RG thophy.Why?
Ana wrote in diary that she is dissapointed and that this was very disappointing season.
but
Despite my disappointments there is not a single doubt in my mind that I will reach the top again and win Grand Slams.

Well next year when she win GS we will put on something other pic with GS trophy.Do you want to see sad Ana?Do you want to tell her:"O,dear you didn't do anything this year so we sent you this pic."
Ana had a lot of campaign.She has wonderful pics of this year.How many times you changed avis?Ones kyoko made avis of Ana as girl,and now as young lady in campaigns and wrote something like 'Ana grew up' (I'm not sure)
We can put off-court pics of this year at the first place and some older.

Reminding Ana of her greatest achievement in tennis is a tribute to her. Not a chance in the world will she become sad, seeing herself holding the RG throphy.

My vote is Picture holding RG throphy.

How about an Ana with RG trophy pic together with a very young Ana pic? I think that may mean something to her, as a keepsake.

btw, if you ask for fan pics for a poster, I will send one when I was very young :p
seriously though, maybe we could do a childhood pics of fans mosaic (that might have meaning for someone like Ana too) with birthday wishes as Fuzzi suggests in our different languages; Ana loves kids and advocates for them ans she also loves languages

My vote also goes to a pic of her and the RG trophy!

Is just a suggestions, I think that this is more apropiate for a towel and Ana will like it

i am for some slogans in many languages she like languages as far as i know. And i like the idea of a mosaik with small pics of her fans , but it is pretty late any idea when the towl production must be finished? RG trophy i think is not a good idea but that is only my opinion. I mean his is a memory but i think she doesn´t need any memories from RG 2008. She has the throphy or do u have to give it back? i dunno
But she has the memories in her heart i suppose
And i have a question who will bring it to her? how was it last year i remember there was a pic when she receive the gift

well at first I wanna say that it´s very hard to find someone who will print a whole towel!
maybe I just find one who will print a part of the towel but sometimes it´s very little part...
I try my best.

I mean I can make a montage of different pics but a mosaic has pics that make a big pic, right?
Or just a montage of pics?

I agree with you.
If I was Ana,I would be sad to see a great pic of my success when I had a bad state.I like the pic of the young Ana and the lady Ana,maybe many pics of her growing up,to remind her that she is hard playing all the time,she is great enough,and then write some words like"you can do better" or "there is still a long way to go" etc...
That's my opinion.

That is not possible i mean if u will use pics of the fans or of ana it is not possible that 20 pics make one final great pic. I think most ppl mean just that u should put the pics together maybe in some geometric form i suppose

I thought the same that we use pics of us for the poster. and that pics of us not produce a big pic of Ana or so on is clearly or?
maybe here a example for a poster, imagine only with pics of us


I think this with the towel is a great idea and i'm looking for someone who can do this...

btw: I know what you all meant with the pics/mosaic but if someone could do a mosaic that makes a big pic of something with little pics...would be cool

yeah it would be cool but i think it's unpossible for the moment...we have no time for this because it need time i think...it must all accord you know...a last idea for the towel: instead the pic we can let sew in some "pick-me-up's" as "AJDE" or "Never Stop Smiling" or so on you know???? what do you think??

The pics on the towel may be too ambitious at this point, given that nobody seems to know how to produce such a pic and get it onto a towel. But I like the idea of sewing in a big Ajde! (it is her trademark in the tennis world) plus maybe one of her favourite quotes. I'm thinking of the one about 'A smile is a curve that can straighten out a lot of things' (her smile and cheery disposition is also an Ana trademark).

If there is time and someone has the software and the ambition, the poster could also be done, in addition to the towel, using a collage of Ana at various ages at the top (it's a birthday gift, so looking back at various ages seems an appropriate theme) plus fan pics and greetings in our own languages (it's kind of like a big birthday card idea)

there are so nice ideas now that kick everything away we planed before but I like that.
So best (and possible in time) is we sew a towel with Ana´s "trademarks" and make a poster with random pics (but this must do someone else, not me ).

and what about greetings?
that brings me back to my first suggestion: the birthday-fan-video (youtube)
we can sing Happy birthday etc. and say greetings to ana. I like that idea. it´s kind of personal.

^i have been thinking which will be the best gift for ana..maby Rg trophy isnt that good,but i really do like the "towel idea and the poster idea"they "sound"like reall b-day gift.And about the video..hmm im not so sure..i didnt understand(sorry ) the towel will be with our pic makind 'ajde or whatever"or just our pic..or just ana's pics?/... sorry :D:D
anyway great ideas..i hope we can do this right and sorry that i cant help more..than just giving an opinion :d

1. For the towel, I think we should keep it simple. Her birthday should be happy and fun (not another excuse to remind her of the pressure to produce results; she gets enough of that every other day all over the place). Besides, "Ajde!" already says a lot, in her own words. One (maybe two) other things should be about simple happiness. The safest are quotes we already know mean a lot to her.

2. For the poster, across the top we could have pics of Ana at various ages, from very young to now, with something like 'You're 22!' written on the most recent pic of her. Then below that we could have all our pics with our birthday wishes in our own language added to each pic before we send them (each person would have to add their own text to their pic before they send it; I still would send a childhood pic, which I think she would find quite fun). Then one person would only have to add them all together into a single image.

Tamara, does that sound like something you could produce an image of, if we sent all the pics with the text already on them?

Really nice idea with the poster that we take pics of ana and pics of us with our greetings. Plus a sewed towel!

Time is short...we need to decide soon!!!
