Hey, what do you guys think about the background in the most recent poster preview?


It is a blown up section of the RG trophy that allows the text to be seen clearly.

Let me know if you think this is good/bad, attractive/unappealing ...

Here's the latest preview to give you a better idea of what the finished one might look like. Once we get all the pictures (after the cutoff time TONIGHT), I will resize and adjust everything one final time to fill the whole poster. Hopefully any last minute holdouts will like this preview and want to submit a picture to be included. Even at this size of fan pictures, there's room for many more pictures.

There is still 1/2 a day to go. We could still use at least 10 to 15 more (in case you’re worried there isn’t enough room ). Surely we can hit at least 50 for her birthday!

Good news! I just got a response from my English email to the printer in Basel (haha, she said her French was terrible too and she prefers to write in English or German ) She confirmed I could do it though them locally and have Ana's poster delivered directly there in Basel Gavin also responded and confirmed they will be happy to make sure Ana gets it!

As a result, I will still accept your pictures if you send them in today! Come on guys! 5 or ten more fan pictures would be really nice! It's also a way of saying thank you to Ana for providing the forum you all love to use so much! Say happy birthday to her personally!

i mean the mods and admins from the homepage and lot of members. Didn´t they want to participate? like natch kat rik natasha edy curtis and many many more

Well I have also contacted all of those people (some more than once), and they were all well aware of this forum, having participated earlier. I guess some members are just shy about posting a pic, but they can also post a pic when they were very young (we have a few of those sprinkled in there too ). Perhaps some are also less than enthusiastic about a giant keepsake birthday card from her forum.

I can tell you I am grateful to each and every one of you who have participated so far!

Prez, if you look carefully, I am also in there with a recent pic

(but my original idea was for all of us to post childhood pics; I think she might get a kick out of some of those, especially since we are using some of her baby pics; also, I guess the little Serbian kid in me is what identifies with the little Serbian kid in her too )
